Guys. These are incredible. The Energy one is just a perfect blend for creativity (full disclosure guys: I don’t run unless I have to). I had a headache and looked at the ingredients on Recovery. It has two of the big three migraine prevention supplements. I took one and closed my eyes and woke up four hours later, no hangover feeling from a too long nap, and I didn’t have a full blown migraine. Tylenol did it. The Relax one I’m trying during the day today. I’ve taken it at bedtime. I slept really well. I just take advantage of weekends to see how drastic side effects are. I think that in the future I’m going to use energy all the time and I’m on the fence about the other two. I will say that it has been a delightful experience thus far.
