+ When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. On the rare occasions it takes longer than this, we'll be sure to reach out to you and let you know when to expect your package. If you don't see updates from us, feel free to reach out and we'll be able to help at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: We DO NOT have control over a package once an order leaves our warehouse. USPS/UPS are in control of the process after it leaves our warehouse. As much as we'd like to be, we are not Amazon : )
+ Where is my tracking number?
As soon as a shipping label is created for your order, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 2 business days for this to update. You can also check your tracking information in your account on our website. If you do not see your tracking information within 2 business days of your order being placed, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to update you.
+ Are you allowed to ship to my state?
There are 3 states where the sale of CBD is prohibited: Iowa, Idaho, and South Dakota. We will not ship our CBD products to these states.
There are 12 states where the sale of Delta 8 THC is prohibited: Rhode Island, Utah, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and Alaska. We will not ship our Delta 8 THC products to these states. Find out more about Delta 8 THC Legality.
+ There was an error with my order. What can I do?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We are in the office 9AM - 5PM central time.
+ I don't like something you sent me. What can I do about this?
If you ordered a product from us and it didn't meet your expectations, we offer our Worry-Free Guarantee that will let you exchange it for any of our other products. Just reach out to us and we'll set it up :)
About Our Products
+ How old do I have to be to purchase your products?
We require our customers to be 21 years of age or older to purchase anything from our website. We use an age verification system called Bluecheck at checkout to confirm your age. For a majority of customers, this will not hold up your order because it runs in the background. A small minority of customers will have to provide their date of birth or submit pictures of their photo ID to complete the purchase. Common reason to be "flagged" are different billing/shipping information, recent change of address, not using your legal name, recently married and your new last name has not been updated in Bluecheck's system.
+ Will taking Delta 8 THC make me fail a drug test?
Unfortunately, it is currently unknown whether Delta 8 THC will result in a positive drug test looking for marijuana. If passing a drug test is a concern to you, we recommend not using Delta 8 THC products just in case. Instead, try our CBD isolate products.
+ Will taking CBD make me fail a drug test?
If you use any of our CBD flower or our full spectrum CBD products, there is a chance you could fail a drug test. While our products are below the legal limit of .3% Delta 9 THC, there is still some THC in them. If this is a concern, make sure the product you are purchasing is made with only CBD isolate or broad spectrum CBD.
+ What are the health benefits of taking CBD?
Unfortunately we are prohibited from discussing the possible health benefits of CBD and encourage our customers to do research on their own before purchasing. You can read more about our policy here.
