These will help you sleep

For me - the 5mg gummies are perfect for sleep - even half that helps me sleep but I can take half and still feel ok to function. The whole 5mg gummy renders me fairly useless. They take alomost exactly one hour to activate once taken and the effects will last 2-4 hours depending on your tolerance. I'm a light weight - so I usually eat a 5mg gummy an hour before I go to bed and after that one hour I feel the effects - relaxed - sleepy - often accompanied with a dry mouth so keep water by the bed. If I wake during the night, I do sometimes feel hungry - but who wants the munchies at 3am? so I ignore it and go back to sleep fairly easily.
