Very mellow drops, don't overdo, do it right and you'll be satisfied.
I add a half dropper to my water. It perks up the flavor and produces a calming effect.
I can be quite sensitive to things like caffeine; it tends to lead to anxiety, jitters, etc. But six drops of this help alleviate it almost completely, which makes me think I can go way beyond my limits, haha.
It took a little long to act and a lot of ml as I used disposables before. I was having really bad asthma reactions due to the disposables and since I stop smoking I haven’t had to use my inhaler once! Never felt like I should switch back, Very nice alternative!
