Delta 8 THC is a unique cannabinoid found organically in the hemp plant that has been rapidly expanding in popularity nationwide with promising medical and recreational applications. Even though Delta 8 THC does feature familiar properties to Delta 9 THC, the compound that intoxicates you when consuming marijuana, it has completely different effects and generally less potency.

Cannabis Policy in New Hampshire
Sadly, New Hampshire is behind other surrounding states when it comes to cannabis policy, as it is surrounded by states where cannabis is legal for adults but still maintain prohibition; much like the restrictions on Delta 8 THC in Rhode Island and Delta 8 THC in Idaho. The Senate and governor have made their stance clear they they are not ready to support legalization and regulation when it comes to cannabis sales.
Why not try a Delta 8 Tincture?
Earlier this year, advocates were pushing for HB 1648, a bill similar to Vermont's legalization law, allowing for adults over the age of 21 to simply legally possess and cultivate limited supplies at home. It does seem like New Hampshire does follow in some of the foot steps because Delta 8 THC in Vermont is also legal. Even though HB 1648 passed in the house with a vote 236-112 on February 20th but senate leaders have used the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse to avoid voting on this legalization bill.
We encourage you to voice your concerns regarding legalization to your local and state lawmakers.
