So if you’re interested in setting up a subscription for your favorite hemp-derived Delta-9, Delta-8, and CBD products, you’ve come to the right place.

Setting Up Your Subscription
Starting up your Hometown Hero subscription is just as easy as making a purchase.
First, you’ll want to start out at our homepage of HometownHeroCBD.com and select “Shop+.”
With the menu open, navigate to your desired product by selecting your favorite cannabinoid (hemp-derived Delta-9, Delta-8, or CBD) or picking your favorite medium (gummies, flower, tinctures, shake, etc.).
Once you have successfully navigated to your favorite product, you will see two buttons.
The yellow button will say, “Buy Now,” and the black button will say “Subscribe & Save 15%.”
When you click on the black button, you will find that the item has been placed in your cart.
When viewing your cart, you can make several adjustments to your subscription. First, if you’ve selected the item by mistake, you can cancel your order by clicking on the trashcan icon.
Next to that icon, you can adjust the quantity of items that you will receive per order. The items will range from 1 to 10+.
Then, to the right of that is the frequency of delivery. You will have three following options:
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 6 weeks
Keep in mind that if you select “One-Time,” that would be the same as making a regular purchase.
After you have selected your frequency of delivery, you can proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your payment and shipping information.
However, if you want to add other items to your subscription, you can simply exit out of your cart, and continue shopping.
Simply repeat the steps above, and you will find the other item(s) in your cart along with your first.
You can choose a separate frequency of delivery for this item. But if you want both items paired together, just make sure the frequency of delivery is the same for both.
And that’s just about it!
Plus, if you ever need to make changes to your subscription managing your account is easy.
So with that in mind, let’s go over subscription management.
Managing Your Subscription
Want to change your subscription frequency or even the quantity?
Or perhaps, you might find that you might want to hold off on a subscription for now.
Making changes to your subscription is just about as easy as starting one!
On the top bar of HometownHeroCBD.com, from left to right you will see “Shop+,” “Rewards,” “Learn,” and either “Login” or “Account.”
If it says “Login” you will need to sign in to your account and if it says “Account,” you are already logged in.
After you have logged in, click on “Account.”
On this page, to your right you will see three fields titled:
- “Account Details”
- “Order History”
Click on “Subscription” and next to the text that says, “Your Next Order” you will see the date of the next delivery, and below, you will find all the items you have been subscribed to.
Toward the bottom right, you will find two buttons, one that says “Manage Subscriptions” and the other says “Sign out.”
Click on the button that says “Manage Subscriptions.”
You will then see a message that says, “A link to manage your subscriptions has been sent to your email.”
After that, simply log into the email address associated with your Hometown Hero account.
There, you should find an email that contains a link to our subscription management portal, where you can adjust your subscription as desired.
